Semper Dry came out right away after our water dmaage in the basement. They removed all the materials (carpet) and lower portions of drywall and baseboards. Semer Dry had 10 fans to dry it out and two dehumidifiers in our basement for multiple days to get all of it dry. Highly recommend. A+++++
